Abstract: This graduation thesis is entitled "An Investigation on the Importance of Using Body Language in Oral Presentation by The Students Majoring in English Language at Tay Do University". It explored the importance of body language as an important tool for improving verbal communication and enhancing its impact and intelligibility. The study examined how appropriate postures, gestures, and facial expressions enhanced performance conditioning and enabled students to present with more certainty and clarity. By arousing curiosity and avoiding boredom, body language keeps the audience engaged and attentive throughout the session. Additionally, it emphasizes important details, helping the audience remember the key concepts of the presentation. Anxiety management is another important topic covered; Students who use appropriate body language appear more relaxed and less anxious. Lastly, the study evaluated at how body language enhanced spoken words with authenticity and nuance, which helped people convey their feelings. The combination of questionnaire and interview methodologies employed in the research to analyze the data obtained indicated that the results showed how important it was for students to understand body language to produce captivating oral presentations
