Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of using games in teaching and learning English vocabulary and grammar. The study involved 20 teachers from two English centers at can tho embracing AMA and Gia Viet center. The questionnaire, the interview and the observation were employed as three primary research instruments to analyze data amassed. The results of the study indicate that both teachers and students benefits from the use of games in terms of their vocabulary and grammar skills. The findings suggest that games can be an effective tool for teaching and learning English vocabulary and grammar, and that they should be used more frequently in the classroom to enhance students' language learning experiences. This study makes a significant contribution to the field of English language teaching and learning by providing evidence of the positive impact of games in language instruction.
